Innovation in digital printing: ORALITE® UV Traffic Sign Printer XP eXtra Performing

The latest generation of the large-format hybrid printing system ORALITE ® UV Traffic Sign Printer XP eXtra Performing impresses with its speed in production mode and top print quality. ORAFOL has developed the versatile LED UV inkjet printer in collaboration with its long-standing partner, the printing specialist Agfa. It is perfectly suited to the use of ORAFOL UV digital printing inks and all retroreflective films from the ORALITE® Traffic Control range.

With a media and print width of up to 3.20 meters, it is also ideally suited to the needs of manufacturers of premium traffic signs. The high-speed hybrid inkjet system prints with six spot colors with UV LED curing. The printing system can print on two rolls at the same time, allowing two jobs to be processed in parallel if required. Due to the low energy output of the LED lamps, the printer is also suitable for printing on thin, heat-sensitive materials.
