ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer

The ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer is a specialized solution designed to produce both temporary and permanent signs for traffic safety and construction site signage, as well as traffic signs with images and a variety of graphic applications. With its ability to produce traffic signs according to the most common national and international standards with long durability, the ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer is a reliable solution for the production of certified signage. In addition to its resource efficiency, which is due to less maintenance and service compared to alternative systems, this printing system combined with ORAFOL's expert service offers outstanding quality and consistent reliability. The integrated LCD display also provides a user-friendly interface that makes the printer even easier to operate.

Applies to Germany only: In combination with the low-odour Eco-Solvent SX inks and color profiles specially created by ORAFOL, the ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer printing system enables the direct printing of a transparent ORALITE® PVC film to produce reusable traffic signs in accordance with the specifications of the Güteschutzgemeinschaft für Verkehrszeichen und Verkehrseinrichtungen e. V. (GVZ), which meet the requirements of the RAL quality and test conditions (RAL-GZ 628) in terms of both color and reflective values. The soft PVC film of the ORALITE® 5021 Economy Cal series is characterized by excellent printability and residue-free removability and is therefore particularly suitable and approved for the intended purpose (when using the material combination of ORALITE® base film and ORALITE® transparent film approved by the GVZ).
