ECO-solvent printing technology enables the flexible and economical production of traffic signs, construction site signage and graphic elements. The system complies with national and international standards such as EN 12899-1:2007 and ASTM D4956-19 and ensures long-lasting print results.

ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer

The ORALITE® ECO Traffic Printer is a robust, compact printing system that allows continuous production with high availability. Optimised print heads, stable mechanics and an intuitive operating concept reduce maintenance requirements and enable quick adjustments – even for smaller print runs or short-term changes.

A central component of the system is ORALITE® 5017 ECO Solvent Digital Printing Ink. This specially formulated solvent ink delivers brilliant, lightfast colours, dries quickly, ensures long nozzle open times and enables uninterrupted production. It is suitable for both temporary and permanent traffic signs and impresses with its precision, durability and environmental friendliness.

Optional remote support and AI-assisted software service support continuous process optimisation, enabling users to achieve consistently stable results and increase the efficiency of their production.
