ORALITE® 6901
Brilliant Fleet Marking Grade

ORALITE® 6901 Brilliant Fleet Marking Grade is a highly reflective, weatherproof, self-adhesive film characterised by excellent corrosion and solvent resistance. The material was developed specifically for the manufacturing of traffic signs and warning markings. The surface of the ORALITE® 6901 reflective film is a UV-stabilised acrylic film. The reflection system consists of retroreflective microprisms which thanks to their special design and by utilising total reflection achieve very high reflection values. The specific form of the cells indicates the machine running direction of the roll material and enables the film manufacturer to be identified (see Figure 1). The film is equipped with recurring watermarks which specifies both the series number as well as the durability in years. This allows for visual verification and unique identification of the material. This information is of particular importance for the manufacturing of traffic signs.
