ORALITE® 5951M
Flexible Prismatic Container Marking Grade
ORALITE® reflective films of the series 5951M Flexible Prismatic Container Marking Grade are flexible, highly reflective, weatherproof, self-adhesive films. They are characterised by corrosion and solvent resistance. The product was developed specifically for containers and swap bodies on public transport. The retroreflective system of the product consists of metallised microprisms. Therefore it is more flexible than corresponding non-metallised products of this class and there are no open cells at the cut edges. The film is equipped with an adhesive which ensures permanent adhesion to painted surfaces. When used in accordance with the recommended processing notes the film remains fully functioning for a period of up to five years. The clearly recognisable pattern identifies the machine direction and indicates the manufacturer of the film (see Figure 1).
