The double-sided adhesive tape consists of a water-dispersible paper carrier, coated on one side with a water-soluble, modified acrylate adhesive. The adhesive is characterized by very good initial tack and excellent thermal resistance. In addition, the product has a splitable paper liner on the reverse side, coated on both sides with a water-soluble, modified acrylate adhesive. The adhesives RA3 and RA5 used comply with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Food and Drugs (FDA), 21 CFR Ch. I, § 175.105.
