Performance Grade Heat Applied Glass Bead Trim

Product Description

ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025 is a soft, flexible glass bead reflective trim designed for heat application to rainwear and garments where comfort and specification compliance are required. 

ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025 complies with all the requirements for retroreflective material in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020; and CSA Z96-2022 for Level 2 photometric performance.

  • Heat applied, performance grade trim for heavy use vests and jackets.

Product Construction
  • ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025 is composed of wide-angle, exposed glass bead microsphere retroreflective elements bonded to a heat activated polyurethane adhesive. The heat activated adhesive is protected by a release film. 
Washing
  • ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025 when washed in accordance with ISO 6330:2012, Textiles - Domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing, Method 6N; continue to perform through 25 cycles at 140°F (60°C). Do Not Dry Clean ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025. 
Colors
  • ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP025 is available in silver (daytime appearance) with a white reflected color (nighttime appearance).
