ORAFOL Americas offers an extensive range of cast and calendered PSA vinyl films designed for various signage, graphic design, and digital printing needs. Backed by the slogan "Engineered for Excellence," ORAFOL’s products deliver exceptional quality that meets the demands of any application.

ORAFOL Americas has built a strong brand presence and a value-driven product portfolio to support its growing customer base. Today, the company boasts a distribution network of over 175 partners and an experienced territory management team, ensuring top-tier technical and sales support across all regions.

Reflective Solutions

Based in Avon, CT, this division was added in 2011 and produces the ORALITE^® range of reflective solutions for traffic safety, vehicle conspicuity, and high-visibility workwear. To meet growing demand, the Avon facility expanded by 58,000 square feet in 2013, integrating a conversion facility and additional capital equipment.

Advanced Polymer Films

Acquired by ORAFOL Europe in 2017, ORAFOL Advanced Polymer Films, formerly Rowland Technologies Inc., is a leader in high-quality polymeric film manufacturing based in Wallingford, CT. Known for its unique extrusion process and proprietary in-house tooling techniques, this division leverages Rowland’s technical expertise and ORAFOL’s global distribution network to deliver exceptional film quality and reliable local service.

Advanced TPU Films

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films division is a world leading manufacturer in the aliphatic TPU market for high quality, optically clear films. Based in Massachusetts, the company was founded in 2015, and in 2021 NUPRO Advanced TPU Films was integrated into the ORAFOL Group. The Advanced TPU Films division products are used as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications including transportation, electronics, aviation, medical and wind energy.

Automotive Graphics

One of the world’s largest OEM automotive graphics producers located in Lake Orion, MI, ORAFOL Automotive Graphics was originally founded as Kay Automotive in 1968. Dedicated to innovation in automotive trim products, this division is focused on high standards in quality, environmental responsibility, and customer responsiveness. Product lines include Decals, Flexible Ornamentation, Sill Protectors, Bumper Protectors, Gravel & Abrasion Protective Films, Retro Reflectives, Kayguard Transit Film, and Functional Films. ORAFOL acquired Kay Automotive in 2019, rebranding the entity to reflect its global name.

Precision Technology Solutions

The Precision Technology Solutions division specializes in tooling for microstructured optical films and plastic lenses, supporting industries like reflective materials and solar energy. Located in New York, the facility underwent a significant expansion in 2012, doubling its size to accommodate new machinery and specialized processes.

ORAFOL Canada

Formed in 2013 through the merger of ORAFOL Reflective Solutions Canada and ORAFOL, ORAFOL Canada stocks ORAFOL’s extensive portfolio across Graphic Products, Reflective Solutions, and Adhesive Tape Systems. Operating from a 2,230 m² distribution center in Oakville, Ontario, ORAFOL Canada is equipped to meet diverse market needs throughout North America.

ORAFOL Gráficas Automotrices

Established in 1995 as an expansion of ORAFOL Automotive Graphics in Saltillo, Mexico, ORAFOL Gráficas Automotrices upholds the same strategic mission to develop, design, and manufacture premium automotive trim products. In 2019, following ORAFOL’s acquisition of Kay Gráficas Automotrices, the division was rebranded under ORAFOL’s name, continuing to prioritize excellence in quality, environmental compliance, and customer responsiveness across Mexico and beyond.
