With the acquisition of NUPRO LLC in April 2021, ORAFOL is taking an important strategic step to expand its portfolio in the field of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) films. NUPRO, founded in 2015 in South Deerfield, MA, specializes in the production of optically clear TPU films and has quickly established a reputation for the highest quality standards and excellent customer service. The Advanced TPU Films division's specially developed extrusion technology enables the production of high-quality films with material thicknesses of 100 to 380 µm and widths of 1240 to 1880 mm - ideal for demanding surface protection applications in areas such as electronics, automotive industry, aviation, medicine, and wind power plants.
